Report JSSUK at the FBL show at St. Neot's- Sept 17th 2005

The show was well attended with lots of good Java's on show. Best Java Iin show was won by Tony Mulford with
a lovely White which went on to win 2nd best bird in show.

It was a good day for Tony who also went on and took Best Adult and Second Best Adult with a
White and Normal respectively. Third Best Adult was won by B&J Rudling with a well presented Pied.

Best Current Year was won by Dave Brown with a Fawn, Bryan Roberts taking 2nd Best Current Year with
an Agate and Tony Mulford 3rd with a Normal.

Show report from the JSSUK Members Show
Sunday 1st October 2006, Cheswick Green Hall, Cheswick Green, Solihull.

The annual members show this year was very poorly attended with only 6 members showing.
This was partly due to the fact that some members had work commitments and alot of members had birds ging through, or just starting, a moult .

Of the Java's that were on show, the Best Bird in Show went to Billy Hughes of Liverpool with an outstanding White. This bird was of an excellent show standard that the society is looking to obtain for all birds in the future. It also took the honour of Best Adult Java.

Best Current Year went to Stuart Drury who did very well in his first attemp at showing and it was Stuart's Normal that took this prize.

Best Junior was won by Miss L. Elliot
